Well, it does appear as a past participle (and hence an adjective) in the verb "dumbed down". Not the most elegant English, but I think it does exist as such.

My belief is that they have been thrown into the public, told they could say whatever they wanted - the more outrageous the better, and they have done just that. They take away all the attention from others if their ilk doing much sneakier things. They actually do it very well. Otherwise, why do we spend so much time talking about idiots? LOL

Pelosi is making a BIG mistake letting them take their tantrums public, as they are becoming the image of the Democrat party. Trump is loving every minute the squad spends in front of cameras. Most of the public is horrified by their outbursts, so much so that they have a popularity rating lower than Congress!

The rank stupidity of the Democrat presidential hopefuls is blazingly apparent as they eagerly sign on to the squad's complaints and insane proposals. Do they honestly think the American public is eager for open borders, free health care for invaders, higher taxes on everybody, and a foreign policy that does nothing but apologize and hand money to our enemies?

Our challenge relating to the Squad - and maybe it's their challenge, too - is to determine, by brackets, which one is dumberer, then determining who is the dumberest. On a larger scale, such brackets could be set up in a contest relating to the presidential candidates, votes to be tallied on public fora. Bread and circuses.... It's a dumberesting thought, anyway, but then we live in dumberesting times.

I'm afraid that ship sailed long ago. Phrases like "dumb it down", in which "dumb" is clearly a verb, have been around as long as I can remember.

Sometimes you just have to lock them in their room until they calm down.

This 'Squad' reminds me of a bunch of spoiled children who are throwing a fit. When my 2 year old did this, I took him home, handed him over to my husband, and went back to my shopping trip he had interrupted. They will continue their tirade as long as they are getting recognized.

I keep wondering how much more we are going to spend on Mueller's report. This is so tiresome. Someone should pull the plug on that subject. Boring.

The "SQUAD" has been taught most of their lives that the USA is evil and anything associated with it is consequently evil. They are a product of their education. Now having reached adulthood, they refuse to open their eyes and minds to see and comprehend the world as it really is. If things don't fit their established paradigm it is wrong and evil. Things that do fit the paradigm are good and proper.
You see this in children of all ages.
They seek to change the world to fit their idea of right and good. Theywill work tirelessly to remake the workd into their desired form.

A second note. Dumb is not a verb thus cannot be conjugated. There are already enough nous and adjective being used as verbs. Please don't start the verb dumb. [could not resist , had to comment on it.]
