There are a lot of theories being circulated on what and why, but they are just that: theories.

We really have no scientifically validated cause-effect data that points to one or several directions.

Several is probably more accurate than a single one.

Tylenol has experienced some twists and tuns over the past decade. There was an odd, secret recall that occurred several years back. It matched timing with a study linking it to childhood asthma. Very strange turn of events that quickly went into the memory hole.

I opt for ibuprofen instead for my beat up old football body. Mostly, I just suffer and take nothing...

Yes. Interesting. Sometimes, the immune system turns on the host. This is coming to light more recently. Might make the news. Probably not, though.

" If you don't match the virus, you don't get protected."
This is true by and large, but not always.
Some vacs simulate the virus thus provoking the immune system. This provocation leads to destruction of the enemy. The skill is in getting the immune system to activate by presenting an apparent but not real danger, while hoping the real enemy get attacked and nothing, well little, else.
Compare - this arthritis/malaria drug that works on co-19.

See my new thread. I have been curious - very curious about this topic. I had a friend collapse recently with fever, cough, etc. He ended up on his bathroom floor having convulsions. Called me later with a mask on saying, "They said if I didn't have my flu shot it would have been worse." I don't understand that reasoning, and I have a good understanding of vax. If you don't match the virus, you don't get protected. Next question...Can it make things worse? Well, a friend was talking to me about this yesterday and sent a couple studies my way.

One of many stories I heard about that afterward...it is now legal, (can you believe they had to make it legal?...just goes against logic).
There are doctors around the country that can administer Vitamins intravenously...but don't dare to make a big deal about it, just pass it on, one to another quietly, otherwise, you'll find yourself face down in a ditch.

Hmm, I don't see anything in that article that suggests using caution in taking NAC. In my opinion, that doctor is a bit incautious in making the blanket statement that " acetaminophen is safe on the kidneys and may damage your liver, but only at high doses." That statement is probably true for MOST people MOST of the time, but my point is that anyone taking acetaminophen regularly may want to supplement with NAC to avoid the potential rare but very serious consequences.

Below excerpts are from this article: http://www.jbc.org/cgi/content/abstra...

"Acetaminophen overdose is a leading cause of drug related acute liver failure in the United States. Glutathione, a tripeptide antioxidant protects cells against oxidative damage from reactive oxygen species and plays a crucial role in the detoxification of xenobiotics, including acetaminophen."

    Acetaminophen Hepatotoxicity: An Update

Acetaminophen is a widely used nonprescription analgesic and antipyretic agent. It is also a dose-related hepatotoxin that can cause fulminant liver
failure when taken in massive overdoses or, much less commonly, at therapeutic doses in susceptible individuals. Persons who regularly consume alcohol or persons who have been fasting may be more susceptible to this hepatotoxicity.

Please consider supplementing with the amino acid N Acetylcysteine (also spelled N Acetyl Cysteine) when taking acetaminophen. NAC boosts your glutathione, an important antioxidant, which can otherwise be dangerously depleted by acetaminophen, especially if you take it on an empty stomach or also drink alcohol. NAC also helps protect the lungs when you have a cold or flu. There's a lot of info out there; here is one article: https://www.fxmedicine.com.au/blog-po...

Buffered C-complex powder is easier to assimilate and is less likely to cause digestive response at higher levels.
NZ 60 minutes did a program about the reluctance of hospital to allow mega dose C even when the patient improved.

There is no limit for vitamin C...just have to let your bowels adjust.
It's used to cure cancer in NZ and Australia...100 units a day intravenously.

My family has a daily regimen. D3, zinc, C. We do a couple other things, of course. And, I'm not convinced "mega" doses of anything are beneficial. This is an area where conventional medicine not only failed the American people, it worked in cooperation with the mainstream media to disseminate disinformation. I believe that was done mainly to ensure their own market on prescribed meds, and a touch of ego. I've had several conversations with different doctors over the years who are very open and honest about the benefits of non-pharma elements, in contrast to the medical advice we get from prime time news sources. Interesting...

Maybe a reason to take an extract from the western larch tree bark. It's an adaptogyn that moderates your immune responses in either direction.

Me dino recently read that taking Ibuprofen can worsen how you feel should you be catching Covid 19 and not knowing it yet.
Had Ibuprofen for a pain killer. Replaced it with extra strength Acetaminophen just last week.
My family doctor who keeps tabs on my Type 2 diabetes years ago changed my daily asprin regemin from a full to a low dose (baby asprin) when it started to show an ill effect.
I do carry a full dose chewable asprin tablet in a tiny plastic heart attached to my key chain in the event I may suffer my first heart attack.
