Salon owner in Dallas jailed for violating a decree, not a law

I would have spit on the court in this case just to make a point.

This judge should have been shown contempt.

The salon owner is being jailed for "selfishness".

What a missed opportunity this was to completely annihilate this judge and all that he embodies. This salon owner was exercising her right to exist, but she didn't have the intellectual arsenal to reject all of the judge's incorrect premises. This could have been the ultimate example of The Virtue of Selfishness. It could have been a Henry Rearden in the kangaroo court moment.

So then abbot needs to put his money where is mouth is and immediately commute the sentence. That’s your job governor. No more words.
Proof that Texas is not what it thinks it is.

If the Dimotards get their way, we will become subjects, and not citizens.

Well, as they say, “Some are more equal than others.” I’m still trying to figure out why I’m NYC a Jewish funeral was against the law but people standing close to each other watching an air show wasn’t.

Me dino takes the mask off inside my car unless it is a very short drive from A to B. My Bama GOP Gov. Kay Ivy is a tad on the nanny state side but at least she's finally opening up the state up Monday as far as hair salons, restaurants and other small businesses are concerned, though still wearing masks and social distancing are encouraged but not enforced.
I'm in one of several satellite cities around Democrap run Birmingham and I'm not sure what they are doing save for the city council voting 9-to-zero that enforces everyone in public places to wear a mask or pay a $500 fine or go to jail (I forget for how long, maybe a week).
In today's news a cop body slammed a woman in a Birmingham Walmart who resisted arrest for refusing to wear a mask. Some weed and some other unspecified controlled substance was found on the lady after that.
Not everyone has to wear a mask at the Hueytown Walmart where I shop once every one or two months about a mile from the Birmingham city limits.

I hope that you had your face mask on because cheering inside your own car without one will get you arrested.

Ah, yes, the fearsome HellOSoros. It tastes like a look-alike Jabba the Hutt. What does Jabba the Hutt taste like? Well, just look at him.
You bite, spit, maybe suffer some dry heaves and leave a dead HellOSoros to poison the vultures.

Wasn't that a factor that put Occasional-Cortex in con-gress? No shortage of stupid in D districts - that's why they are D districts.

Too bad there isnt a way to prosecute a judge like this, or at least get rid of him.

That judge is toast. He will never get elected to be judge again, at least if I had anything to do with it. Maybe he should be subjected to the coronavirus and see if he lives.

Looks like she is off the orginil charge, and now on to subjective "contempt of court". Now, they just need to excuse the State District judge, and remove his ability to retaliate for people who are contemptuous of him.

The district judges in Texas are chosen in partisan elections.
The judge in the Luther Salon case is Eric Moye’.
He is black, a Democrat, and is running against a Republican for the 14th district on Nov. 3, 2020 as the incumbent.
He is perceived to be a hyper-partisan Democrat who routinely discriminates against those he deems to be “conservative leaning”.
He was educated at Harvard and has been the 14th district judge since 2008 (the Obama Regime years).
He may not have been appointed be Obama, but here surely would have met Obama’s criteria for a judgeship appointment.
His decision in the Luther case has been strongly criticized by the Texas Attorney General, the Lt. Governor, and the Governor.
Just one more over-educated, racist, Democrat stooge.
