Bullying leads to violent public school-bus attack on 9-yr old girl, older brother--more evidence to avoid today's public school settings

Reports fail to show whether there was a racial factor in the violent assault on the two kids, but the principal attacker was obviously an older, bigger, black boy, although a smaller black kid joins in hitting the defenseless girl.

"It started on a crowded school bus with a fight breaking out in the aisle. A large boy walked over to a sitting girl and began pummeling the back of her head, video showed. She wrapped her arm around her head trying to defend against the blows. A smaller student joined in on hitting the girl as a boy comes from behind to restrain the larger boy from hitting the girl."

    Based on the above video in the link supplied by bubah1mau's post, it looks like a black on black crime (or Hispanic on Hispanic). Disgusting behavior no matter what. I'd still like to have an answer as to why regular city/county/state authorities aren't on top of this obviously brutal assault instead school police going by a "code of student conduct".

    It's clearly a public school. Calling it "Academy" doesn't make it anything else. Financed by coerced county revenues, just like public schools anywhere.

    This is a nation in collapse. These moronic attackers are what you get when there's no daddy, no ethics, no guidance and they are fed a constant flow of wokeness. If this happened to my kid the entire family of the attacker would pay a very high price.

    We had a school bully who was mistreating the little kids at the bus stop. I asked him nicely to quit doing that. Soon he was doing it again. I tapped him on the head with my baton. I concluded that wouldn't do any real damage to his head. He quit bullying the little kids.

    In the article the school said, "Miami-Dade Schools Police arrested the offender and they will be charged accordingly. Additionally, those involved will be disciplined according to the code of student conduct."

    IMHO, if it wasn't caught on video the perps would still be savaging other kids and nothing would be done. And exactly what does "those involved will be disciplined according to the code of student conduct." mean? Detention the perps never show up to?

    And why the Miami-Dade SCHOOLS police? Why not the real thing or the Florida State police and have the perps answer local and state laws instead of some school "code of student conduct"?
