Why bother with a white-racist construct? Not one out of 2000 examinees from 23 Baltimore public schools can use math at grade-level expectations

Of course these were probably the worst performing schools out of the 150 Baltimore City Schools analyzed in recent study "Project Baltimore." How much better were the other 125 or so schools analyzed? The point is, 23 schools abjectly failed in this regard--and probably in other fields of study as well.

    I went into one of my state’s major metros this last weekend. I grew up in that area so I’m well qualified to report the changes I’ve seen in the last 20 years. It is a shit hole. Graffiti. I was stopped more times driving because of other people’s accidents than I ever was twenty years ago. Unsavory characters walking the sidewalks. Bums begging. Infrastructure in disrepair. The incompetence has hit critical mass and is only getting worse. I completed my business and headed back north to the sticks with a sigh of relief.
    All I can say is....Enjoy the Decline.

    Doesn't take much in the way of math skills to squeeze a trigger, throw a brick through a window, or become an expert at "gangsta rap."
