Vandalism, break-in burglary, armed robbery, homeless vagrancy/begging, staff shortage--are all causes of franchise closures, although corporate executives cite legacy of "Covid19.".

Don't insult what you haven't tasted at least specifically at the Cracker Barrel. Someone else may screw it up.

No offense to anyone who likes chicken fried stuff, but I still think it's insulting to name something "steak" when it's just ground beef.
Whoever created that lie must now work in big Pharma or the MSM.
I enjoy battered, fried chicken (and I deep fry chicken and fish frequently), but I have never had a battered, fried steak.

Let's face the unvarnished truth. This was all part of the plan: The Plan-Demic. The Great reset. The lock-downs. The "social distancing" The face diapers. The bank failures. Digital currencies. The fear p0rn. It's all part of the plan.
Tens of thousands of businesses have failed the vast majority were small Mom and Pop businesses. Kill the middle class, both the people and their livelihood. They are killing us, little by little.
There are no conspiracies. There are no coincidences.

I'm kind of surprised someone hasn't made them change their name by now. But then again, maybe Cracker is still okay since reverse racism is still accepted. All in all, it was a responsible business.

I think you more accurately defined the reason for closures than those who blame the company for blaming covid.

    Yeah, it's all Covid's fault.
Love the chicken fried steak plate at the Cracker Barrel in Bessemer, one of Birmingham's satellite cities.
It is still there. It's not going anywhere either.

They can blame whatever they want. As long as they suffer financially for their refusal to accept that A is A. I’m surprised they didn’t blame climate change. I bet they spun the narrative wheel in corporate HQ and it landed on Covid.
It just makes for good theater on this trip to the bottom.

Another woke Corp trying to straddle the fence. How dare they attempt to blame the Wuhan Flu when we all know it's their tolerance to shoplifting, panhandle, and their management policies to wokeness.
Just admit the truth, close restaurants in those areas where undesirable patrons abuse your services and change your business plan to concentrate on serving law biding patrons and those lawbiding localities. Make it known to all that you will not be providing services in areas devoid of lawful behaviors and stop using the Wuhan Flu as a worn-out excuse. That excuse is getting old and it is souring me.
