FL has a way to mark an INA (inactive) voter as active. Then cast a ballot for them. Then after the election, they mark them INA again. We called them Dark Pools of voters. Until it suddenly became a racist term. LOL

FWIW, ALL ballots cast by voters who registered AFTER the cut off. Should require an audit. Where the paperwork is found, fingerprinted, and the person is contacted.

If they cannot be found. Then the investigation has to determine the origin of the document.
