- 3Posted by khalling 10 years, 2 months agoHe is an outspiken critic against patents. Yet he is very bullish on his own copyrights and trademarks. He is certainly no friend to inventors or startups. I like to contrast cuban with a Peter Thiel. Also a Rand fan, he offers high school graduates opportunities to get involved with startups right away as an alternative to a traditional college education. - 2Posted by khalling 10 years, 2 months agoAt the best, he doesn't understand property rights and is inconsistent in his thinking (not to mention rabidly obnoxious in his anti-patent stance) but I'm glad he got this one right.
