Thank you for bringing this to our attention. My wife has this problem and uses the other method. I just showed her this presentation and printed it out for her, for future reference.
Gratitude,

sickness in 66 years (in the back of a Mooney
Super 21 flying over some mountains). . but my
wife may need this technique, also, sometimes.
the feeling of nausea and acute discomfort
is awful.
Good Luck!!! -- j
Thanks for sharing.
See I have climbed mountains and yes I look down 2000 feet of vertical cliff and who wouldn't want to fly.
I don't get the dizzy at a place but we are all individuals.
Wish I had a photo of the last pitch of ElCap Nose, you have to traverse this geologic wave of years ago where you do look down 3k ft as you pick up your last piece and huge the tree. 27 hrs for the fun of it.
Aloha
I've probably had it but wasn't aware of it because I can get lost on any trail, I'm just cruising along then all of a sudden I'm trying to figure out where I am.
Of course I could be a pathetic navigator.
Have fun!
