The story of Kim Dotcom

This is an interview with Kim Dotcom. He is the owner of megaupload. The government appears to be accusing him of copyright infringement. Interesting the tactics used to go after him.
Not sure what my stage name would be, but I have Siri call me Captain Badass.

If you haven't seen it yet there is an amazing article in Wired detailing the raid and the events leading up to it as well as the technology and laws in question:

It's a long article but well worth the read. I remember being floored by what I read as I believe most do not understand the circumstances (myself included at the time) of what transpired. In fact, it seems as many of the regulators and enforcers do not understand the Internet but are taking drastic action to lock it down.
I'd just like to point out that there's a (very subtle) difference between "under U.S. jurisdiction" and "within U.S. jurisdiction". Example: illegal aliens are *within* U.S. jurisdiction, but they're not *under* U.S. jurisdiction.
Are Kim Dotcom and his mother U.S. citizens?
just kidding. but serious about the last name thing.
