    Rain just might take out civilization. There was a little story awhile back about a man by the name of Noah! (Ha, Ha!)

    On a more serious note I am starting to suspect that someone in the government put the "Dust Cover" from the book "How to Succeed in Government" over a copy of "Atlas Shrugged" and they are now following it as a blueprint of how to run the Government and just like people of their type they only see the parts that appeal to themselves.
