You know, good question. Iv’e wondered on my generous days whether or not a pipeline consisting of 2,151 miles of a new soft-target is a quiet yet important concern.
A step in the right direction, but there's still to much public and not enough private, and is private brave enough? I see the San Sebastian Mines in the future. “Here a difficult balancing act needs to be struck: Mexico has to offer international companies attractive enough returns on capital employed to make them willing partners in developing its oil and gas wealth while retaining good enough ‘equity stakes’ in joint projects to benefit and placate Mexicans.”
