There should be no "government entitlements" except for the expectation, on a federal level, of national defense to be financed by a head tax since all U.S. citizens will benefit. The only other function of a federal government is courts of contract law, financed by those who use them. In other words, my answer is "no".
Slightly off topic, but should people (for lack of a better word) who are on illegal drugs be able to receive government entitlements? OR spend their SNAP money on Lotto tickets?
Oh yeah, it sure is. I guess she could finally buy all the dope she couldn't afford on food stamps. And then there is the lout that blew the $2 million. Both typical cases of money being bigger than the winners were. Idiots!
