Email Scandal: Hillary Clinton’s Last Defense Just Blew Up

I know we all get tired of this repeat offender, and the issue. However, I think it is important we stay up on it, if only because every little change may change what seems to be a big election and who will be hosing us for the next 3 years. On top of it, this article sort of says HillaryBeast really is a liar and cover up artist, who has been caught with her hand stuck in the cookie jar. It is now apparent it is purely a matter of power politics, and gross ignorance of the law that will end up with her not being indicted.

THIS is the Gulch Office Pool -

On which date will King Obama bestow his holy writ of Benevolence and Pardon for all Treasons, High Crimes, and Misdemeanors upon his chosen and anointed successor, Hillary so she can continue his draconian evil?

Winner gets a free, all expense paid trip to a local DHS Concentra... er... Resettlem... um... make that "Long Term Residential Summer Fun Camp". You don't have to bring anything other than a change of clothes and all your valuables.

Good luck - and see you there!

Remember the Donald Trump thing about him saying he could shoot someone in the street and still get elected?

She doesn't have to say it - pretty much common knowledge they did just that - disappeared a LOT of people - and yet who is the person who is the anointed one?

Ahhh... poor America. not only do they obey orders to forgot history - even RECENT history - to put in the one they're told to elect, she could tell them that 1/3 of them are going to be put into concentration camps and they would justify it as right and proper because it spewed from her mouth.

the woman lies so fundamentally! . she originated
classified e-mails and was required to mark them
herself, which consequentially required that she use
a classified system for that part of her work. -- j

Exactly! I have found that out the hard way and am now in full retreat, had a guy come to buy our house today, and intend on finding something further in the woods. Sasquatch holds nothing over HillaryBeast, I can reason with him.

There is only one legitimate reason why a very non-technical person/family would opt for this type of solution - to cover up the collusion between trips and activities as the Secretary of State, and the donations coming into the Clinton Global Initiative.

I don't think the story is the mishandling of information, I think its going to be the suspicious donations from a Russian oligarch or whatever conveniently following a trip to Russia as SoS. After all, how many Russian mobsters are concerned with feeding starving kids?

The second half of that same point will be the corruption of the Clinton Global Initiative itself, from all accounts, it's an enrichment engine for Bill and Hillary, not a charity.

Her Blackberry certainly could have simply had several email accounts connected to it, I think that technology has been around since what, 2000? at least? She could have easily carried the same device for both, but chose not to, the biggest advantage of your own server is 'selective retention of records'.

IT is so good that the democrat party insiders insisted Scooter Libby by indicted, convicted and serve time. Who knew what a hero (for setting the precedent) he would be.

I applied for a job once on a merchant ship (read trawler that trawled for submarines) Big long security thing to fill out. I did the part from the end of my previous clearance paperwork and sent copies of the foregoing some 25 plus years worth.

      And a note.

Under the provisions of the Libby Law it is a felony to knowingly or unknowingly provide false information to any agent of or agency of the government. To ensure accuracy I have sent copies of all the originals and continued from there.

I didn't get the job....but a letter on refusal to answer followed. My rejoinder as of yet commented on was Change my address to Bight, ME.

I've noticed that whenever some individual stands up and asks the villainous Teflon Crone about Benghazi or email treason, he is roundly booed by a groaning dimwitcrat audience.
A picture worth a thousand words, just now I tried to think of one to illustrate the sheeple mindset of an adoring Broom Hillary audience.
A dimly recalled photo of a 50s movie audience wearing 3D glasses came to mind.
But not as 3D glasses. As blinders that blot out all things objective.
Imagine that as you click this following link~

Nice visual allysaur . Bullying and booing not respecting others opinions .thats the liberal way they will tell you what matters and who deserves their respect. It certainly isn't for the
reasoning being, they have no respect for them.its for the group that Hollywood and the rest of the bimbo media want to push that further weakens our society.

I'm suddenly reminded why the race card is often pulled by Dimwitcrats, especially during the current Liar-In-Chief's regime.
It's just a bullying tactic to make someone too outspoken about things they don't want to hear to shut up and sit down.

"I can not tell a lie. I cut down that cherry tree"
George Washington. "I used a personal server so I would only have to carry 1 device" "no classified emails" Hillary Clinton and Hillary Clinton. That's evolution

Uh, sorry, lies on both counts. She could have gotten a personal device that would meet the documented government security standards, if there are any for personal devices. She just did not want to, it was too trivial a thing. There is a whole world of electromagnetic surveillance that can intercept signals that emanate from building and devices, which was why we had to have specially shielded buildings for any computers that had classified info on them. She tossed all that out the window for her own convenience. All that was done in full knowledge of the classified infosec brief each Federal employee has to have and sign an understanding too.

She is a big liar, and the worst candidate on the ticket.

Does anyone have a reference for what previous Secretary of State's did regarding e-mail servers. My liberal-ish friends assert she did nothing previous SoS's did, but I don't believe this.

I'm pretty sure it does not matter what other SOS's did (though I'm sure most understood the State Dept. would provide them the tools they needed to do their job (e.g. communications equipment and support). My neighbor or coworker breaking the law does not make it OK for me to break the law.
If you are a public figure you have no right to privacy. Doctoral students in the future will want those emails of Hilary discussing her daughter's wedding.

Holy smoke! That pic. of Hillary! She looks just like a pic. I have of my grandma, hair-do and all.

As far as I'm concerned Mrs. Clinton has never had a defense that stood up to scrutiny, from her actions as Sec. of State, right up until the present moment.

Someone please tell me - when is her prosecution going to happen? And is the prosecution being deliberately delayed until after the Presidential election?

So as I was reading this line from the article to my wife: “I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. " she said "I did not have sex with that woman". Can't help but see them identical. I'd love to see an enterprising should w/the know-how make a video mash-up of those two, assuming the Hillary version was on video. Or audio if needs be.

Its totally obvious that Hildebeast used a private email server to hide what she was doing on our nickel. That is her way of operating- Do what you want and hide it from us constituents. That way you can erase it before it could be embarrassing. THATS the real issue, and why she has such a low rating on trustworthiness. Reason enough to NOT have her even have a chance at presidency.

    Hillary's comment put in context.

    Two Wrongs Make A Right
A lesser wrong justified a greater wrong

A version of the Nuremberg Defense where one admits guilt and asks for clemency or a pardon by saying...everyone was doing it and or I was ordered to do it or allowed to do it ....

It's an admission of guilt with a plea for leniency

Oh wow, I shortchanged us a few:

    25. I knew we could rely on locally hired Libyan security guards to protect our people, which is why we didn’t even bother to tell the commander of Africa Command, General Ham, that we had a Consulate in Benghazi.
    26. Our program of covertly arming groups who claimed to be moderate Syrian rebels was a great success, and any reports that the weapons we provided fell into the hands of al-Qaeda or ISIL are unfounded.
    27. Peace and stability in Yemen is one of my stellar foreign policy accomplishments, and al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula and the Houthi rebels are no longer significant threats.
    28. Iraq is better off today than when I took office.
    29. My efforts as Secretary of State have made a peaceful resolution of the continuing conflicts in Syria and Afghanistan possible.
    30. I traveled to 112 countries as Secretary of State, and as a result of my efforts championing women’s rights, women are better off, especially in Muslim nations, than ever before.
    31. The world is a safer place today than when I took office, and America is held in higher regard than ever before.
    32. I did not violate the Federal Records act by using a private server for my email communications because I never used my private server to send, receive or store classified or sensitive information. [Now that’s another whopper, but then Goebbels was correct when he said, “If you tell a big lie enough, and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.” Besides no one will ever be able to get their hands on my server so I’m safe.]
    33. I didn’t have a private server so I could delete communications that might prove that I had violated the law such as soliciting donations for the Clinton Foundation from foreign, especially Middle Eastern governments.
    34. Allegations that I used my position to help my brother obtain contracts by leaning on DHS to grant permanent residence status to some unsavory characters are not true.
    35. Anyone who says I don’t deserve to be elected President is engaging in a war on wome
    36. When I was accused of wiping my private email server before handing it to the FBI, I honestly thought they meant with a cloth, the way bill wipes down his women after molesting them.

Here is a rely to this thing I thought wwas pretty good: From DJC:
    • D J C 23 minutes ago
    1. My husband is not a sexual predator and I don't support his abuse of women.
    2. Bill and I have a normal marriage, and any assertions that by defending him against allegations of aberrant sexual behavior I enable him to continue to prey upon vulnerable women are false.
    3. Paula Jones, Gennifer Flowers, Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey and all the others who have claimed to have had sex, been sexually harassed, assaulted or raped by Bill Clinton are just white trash publicity seekers.
    4. Bill did not have sex with Monica Lewinsky; allegations that he did are part of a vast right wing conspiracy.
    5. I was shocked to discover that Bill had had sex with Monica Lewinsky, but I forgave him because I love him and he had never done anything like that before and he hasn’t since.
    6. I do not have a vicious temper and reports that my ripping into Vince Foster on the morning he committed suicide may have driven him over the edge are unfounded.
    7. I never have had temper tantrums or exhibited violent behavior like throwing ashtrays or lamps when I found out about something I didn’t like or couldn’t get my own way.
    8. Reports that I told White House staff and Secret Service agents to step into a closet or hide behind a curtain because I didn’t want to have to see them when I walked down the halls are simply stories made up by an unscrupulous reporter.
    9. Had Hillary Care been implemented it would have provided high quality affordable health care to all Americans while preserving their freedom to choose their doctors and their plans.
    10. I had no idea where the Rose Law firm billing records were.
    11. The Whitewater land deal was totally above board and there was nothing illegal or even unethical about it.
    12. When I said I came under sniper fire when I landed in Sarajevo I wasn’t lying.
    13. As Secretary of State, the ruling junta in Myanmar did not play me for a fool by pretending to embrace democratic reforms; that they slipped back into authoritarianism the minute I normalized relations and lifted sanctions is just a coincidence.
    14. As Secretary of State I reset relations with Russia so that now the former republics and satellite states of the old Soviet Union have nothing to fear and can breathe easily knowing that Russian aggression has been checked.
    15. As Secretary of State it was not my fault that the US didn’t sign a single free trade agreement during my tenure or that the Trans Pacific Partnership never got off the ground while China’s Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank is a roaring success.
    16. I can’t be held responsible for the fact that after our pivot to Asia the US position in the Far East is the weakest it has been since the start of the Second World War and that China is now the dominant Pacific power.
    17. Our proposed Free Trade of the America’s Agreement also never got off the ground while Mercosur is another success, but that wasn’t my fault either; South America just isn’t that important so it would have been foolish of me to waste my time on that area of the world.
    18. There was no need for me to focus my attentions on sub-Saharan Africa because terrorist groups like Boko Haram and al-Qaeda in the Islamic Mahgreb do not pose a threat to the United States or our interests in Africa.
    19. The Arab Spring was a success and we were right to support the Muslim Brotherhood’s takeover of Egypt.
    20. Libya is not the failure my critics make it out to be.
    21. I might have been mistaken in attributing the attack on our Consulate in Benghazi to a despicable video, but what difference does it make now why the Consulate was burned and three Americans died Americans.
    22. I don’t remember signing a waiver to allow the heavily fortified CIA annex and the virtually defenseless Benghazi Consulate to be in separate locations rather than co-located as required by law.
    23. I do not remember refusing to increase security at the Consulate and refusing to close the Consulate and withdraw our people when it became clear that it was only a matter of time before a serious attack on the compound would occur, but then I can’t be expected to read every email from an ambassador even if it is marked urgent, immediate attention required.
    24. Marines were not assigned to protect the Consulate in Benghazi because the Consulate did not house or process any classified information. [This is a ridiculous lie, but fortunately the American people are too uninformed to realize that every one of our diplomatic posts contain and process classified information, and the mainstream media was too in love with me to point out what a whopper of a lie this is when it first appeared in my book,Hard Choices.]

Thanks for posting. It is an unbelievable list of very questionable actions , inactions , lies , contradictions , simply should not hold any position of influence. What does this tell you about the mainstream media? The same media that destroyed Howard Deans campaign for a whoop whoop at a rally. Weird stuff
