He even said it would have been perfect if Germany was conquered by Islam so that the Germans would now be at the head of Islam and would have taken over the world. The high school I went to had a substantial Armenian population. The band music teacher was Armenian as were several of my classmates, and I learned much about the Turkish invasion. Why? Because the hatred still existed among the descendants of that horror. The descriptions of the massacres to innocent men, women, children, and yes, babies makes any civilized person shudder. I guess things haven't changed much in 100 years.

Perhaps, but the evidence of Spanish conquest is perfectly evident in all of South and Central America and even a portion of North America. So much so that the remains of the native population has been consumed into believing the Spaniards were blameless as well as indigenous. I encountered these history deficient pretenders first hand calling for reconquista here in Arizona.

There was the spread of European diseases there, too. That may have been greater than the deliberate mayhem, as was the case in WWI.

Much like the muslim world the spanish were.

I'd wager not as many as the Spanish when the first arrived in this hemisphere and deliberately annihilated two or three civilizations in the name of glory, gold ang God.
