    The name should now be the Washington Looters or the Washington Pillagers. I prefer the latter.

    Indeed, Directive 10-289 is now in effect. If DC were to get nuked, I would leave it as a monument to the end of the looters' era rather than rebuild it. Perhaps we would then plant a flag declaring it part of Ragnar's Repossessions.

    The way to get back at BHO on the trademark issue is to have a good graphic artist make a great spoof of his logo with the little wave/swoosh and force him to defend his trademark. If he will not enforce patents and trademarks, then we need to adopt strategy to get more than even. Perhaps a YouTube video that goes viral with his little wave destroying the skyline of America would be appropriate. Any takers amongst the artists here in the Gulch?

    Trademark the name in a different country. International trade laws would then protect the name.

    Of course if I were the owner I'd change the name to the Shruggers and move my team to somewhere else, taking all the revenue it generates with it.

    I live on a Rez and I have never heard anyone complain about the name.

    As to the Patent and Trademark office....this seems like something out of Pendulum of Justice.

    I wonder if the bird enthusiasts will start complaining about the Seahawks being birdest?
