lol. I was just looking at the "cool" part (with cool meaning attractive). And I've heard some people use the phrase (ironically) "cool as hell" to mean attractive. I take a fairly literal stance.

I thought hell was supposed to be hot, so "cool as hell" would mean not cool at all.

Short of anarchy which is not possible in a high energy society, POTUS is a necessity and at present holds the position for a salary. You wouldn't want an altruist in the position, would you, or someone making a sacrifice for the position? Didn't the Congress have something to do with those "instituted additional taxpayer expenditures"? I am sorry that I will not be able to say what I think of the man due to the rules of this forum which could get me banned by the moderator.

He consumes taxpayer dollars. He instituted additional taxpayer expenditures. He has never created any value. He is the definition of a parasite.

Every human is a shelter for more parasites than the number of cells in his body. Some do good work by digesting food or keeping more deadly parasites to a low level that is not too harmful. Those cute little follicle mites live quietly in the follicles of your eye lashes and apparently do some good.
But, anyway, the name of something has nothing to do with anything other than the existent named.
Sometimes having something named after you causes some good. That brings to mind that 1971's movie A New Leaf where a parasite's wife's naming a new fern after him allows him to stop trying to kill her and maybe to find some love for her and become a better person.
