Okay, that just tells me that when I wear red on election day, I will also be carrying my S&W .38, loaded with Winchester PDX1 Defender ammo. I have no idea where some BP may be (and I live in a very white small town environment, but who knows, right?), but if assaulted with a "billy-club" - well, never bring a knife or a club to a gunfight, you'll lose every time!
Hell, I'd love to encounter a Black Panther. I can see the headline: Panthers intimidate 82 year old man. As an aside, do you know how black panthers attack their prey? They go for the tongue first. Yech.
I have no idea where the thought came from, but, if nothing else, wearing red will be interesting. OF course, don't do it where the DOJ is allowing/planting Black Panthers to intimidate.
I have several red shirts, but I vote by mail. Turns out I'm going in for an outpatient procedure, having some pre-cancer skin cells removed, so I will be able to display the red. But --- Why? Elucidate, please.
As an original series Star Trek fan, it was fairly early on when I laughed whenever Capt. Kirk ordered Security to do something that killed off them in their red shirts. But let's consider (well, attempt to consider) this rationally, for this is the Gulch. Consider this YouTude video that explains (well, tries to explain) how red was (may have been) the safest color to wear on the Enterprise from a mathematically proportional perspective. (May have been because the video admits not knowing how may red shirts were assigned to the Enterprise). Hmm, maybe this video was made by a government funded manmade climate change climatologist trying to think. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GIRRD...
That's easy, when I was a little whippersnapper all I would wear was a red sweatshirt .Mom had 5 of them for me. 57 years later I still go to the red shirt often.
Me dino got a couple of red Roll Tide Alabama shirts to pick from. Twenty straight wins as of last Saturday. Hope Trump also rises to #1 in his category.

Thanks for the luck.
I'm guessing it tags onto the "Red State" thing.

(For the uninitiated, "red shirts" were Starfleet members in the Original Series who wore red uniforms and had a high risk of being injured or killed in any given episode. Sort of like Kenny in the early seasons of South Park.)
