So Trump has already given the banksters what they want and there is much more (corrupt) incentive for congress to continue the cartel and let the banksters loot the rest of us.

I agree, that is part of the "unencumbered" Capitalism we need. But Trump can't repeal. He can however sign the bill if Congress & the Senate get their act together. Not holding my breath.

Trump must first repeal the federal reserve act to eliminate the unfair advantage and restore a free market in banking. If he does that, then I have no complaint with removing many regulations. If Trump doesn't do that then he is serving the banking cartel, not the people.

What took so long?

The only regulation I want on the banking industry (or any industry) is accomplished via unencumbered Capitalism.
