Should the teacher have a problem with that, the response should be "I'm going to tell my parents and they will tell the PTA" or "Send me to the principal's office--PLEASE!"
Another response could be "HOME SCHOOL! HOME SCHOOL!" but I'd need to clear that with my grown children first.
Of course, you never can be sure what an intimidated frightened kid may do.
