76 percent approved of Trump's State of the Union speech

"According to a CBS poll, 76 percent of American viewers approved of the speech. However, the same poll said only 56 percent felt that the speech helped to unite the country, and just 33 percent said they think Trump and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., will work more closely together after the speech."

    I don't watch the show either, it was on the net when I happened upon it.

    Wonder what happened to Behar leaving the show as she announced last year? Her anti-Trump attitude must be very lucrative: it made her career.

    I rarely see any of the View but caught this snippet on Facebook...if I recall correctly, Behar used the words "we are desperate" to get Trump out of the WH.

    I really enjoyed Mr. Trump's SOTU speech. I particularly enjoyed the sour look on Pelosi's face a couple of times when she thought no one was looking. And the white outfits were so cute! Really grown women!

    I also noticed that when President Trump mentioned that unemployment was at the lowest level ever in the history of the country, the ones in the white suits mostly just sat there. Later, when the President mentioned that unemployment for women was the lowest ever, the ones in the white suits collectively stood up, clapped and cheered. Identity politics in action.

    Of course. Anybody following events understands that.

    The president can't help unite the country against a recalcitrant left. They will never back his agenda lest to provide political advantage to him.

    I was watching a snippet of the "View" after the Covington disaster as Whoopy Goldberg sensibly commented that the left should not jump to conclusion without supporting evidence.

    To which the rabid Behar shot back: "It is because we want Trump out of the WH" to thunderous approval by the audience.

    You can't do anything reasonable with this mob.
