    Hopefully they will be able to divide patients into cohorts that are similar but one got the experimental treatment and one go the supportive treatment. Then we'll know if the experimental treatments are better.

    When you combine medicine with capitalism, the conversation becomes difficult.

    Can a drug company justify spending R&D on developing drugs to fight a disease that impacts a small population in a poor country? The chance of making any profit is slim.

    This is a case, where I cannot reconcile objectivism with this problem. It's a challenging question.
