That constant fighting is the result of the recalcitrant, unable/unwilling to compromise left.

The left reached the point that it rather annihilates itself than compromise and understand what the country needs. Over decades they shed all civility and rationale, blinded by communist doctrine and they think that is the way to prevail.

They became confident under Hussein and wanted to continue along the same path. The fact that the country said "No" eluded them, again unable to learn and conclude why that happened. They will never succeed in America.

Sometimes I'm reminded of a Robert Heinlein story, "If This Keeps Happening," where an oppressive state, beyond redemption, has to be overthrown by armed revolution. The leader of that revolution, which he pictured happening in 2025, is led by an 81 year old. Funny, but I'll be 81 in 2025.

After attempting to clean up the FBI, not much attention was paid to the CIA which may be much worse than the FBI was.

A Whistleblower by definition must be A) someone with first-hand knowledge of B) illegal activity. That knowledge also must be obtained legally. This "complaint" fails on all three fronts.

Added to that, the "whistleblower" is a Democratic operative who actively worked for the Democratic Party. And now we're finding out that his lawyers donated to Joe Biden as well. Can we say one more politically-motivated witch hunt?!?

I agree 100%, blarman! This individual is NO "whistleblower" whatsoever. He/she is a mole planted as a spy to leak anything in a manner to damage President Trump or anyone supporting Trump. This person is a criminal and should pay dearly!

A consumer strike is a more practical approach to protest. If 10%-20% of people just stop spending on anything but necessities of life from local producers, the multinational corporations will get the message and the strikers won't get thrown in jail by the federal jackbooted thugs. It would have a large effect on the economy and on tax collections at state and national levels. (Remember President Bush urging everyone to go shopping after 9-11.)

The IRS still has guns and can put you in prison. We shouldn't be at this stage in our country.

The Republican Party doesn't even understand where we are going today. If the people that lead us don't fix it pretty soon it's got to turn into another civil war. I'm just too old to do much to prevent it now, my kids are just too ignorant to know what is really happening, and my grandchildren just love all of their social electronic toys. At least I won't have to experience what they vote for in the future.

Vote them out seems to be the only way. And we need to keep exposing the voters to the gains this country has actually made during this administration. I hold my liberal left 'friends' responsible for the graft, , greed, need for power, and theft of those they support. They can hate the president but need to learn that they need to vote for the people that are best for the country, not just for the color of their skin, their sex, or any other attribute. Anyone that can't see through what is going on by now has got to be too ignorant or have too much hate in their hearts anymore to be my friend, period.

The stupidity of it is that all they're doing is further enraging their already insane "resist" fanatics. Moderate Democrats (and yes there are many) are being turned off by this, and some have become outspoken about voting for Trump to send the party a message. Far from giving up, Trump's base will be further energized.

The question is whether or not the DNC will learn anything if Trump gets elected in a landslide and they lose the House. When that happens, they will first cry voter fraud, and voter disenfranchisement, and some Democrats may refuse to accept defeat and have to be physically removed from office. And who was the "whistleblower"? None other than a Democratic political operative who had no personal knowledge of the event. He's not a whistleblower and I think the Department of Justice should prosecute the guy and whomever he got his information from for leaking intelligence secrets.

I agree, they are NOT stupid. They just dont care what Hillary or Biden did. They just want the power back and they need to eliminate Trump to get it.

The savior of the common man is the "anonymity of the voting process". In the quiet of the voting booth, we know what biden did and we just wont trust him (as happened with hillary). When the finger approaches the voting button, biden would lose, period.

We are headed closer and closer to a revolution. We already have the country split into essentially two equal halves. Impeach Trump, not that the dems could actually toss him out in any case, and passive resistance to the government is going to get a lot bigger. It wont take much- look what happened in Hong Kong.

Dont underestimate the degree to which the democrats will go to destroy Trump and the 60+ million voters who elected him. They are opening up a whole new "investigation" with hearings, discovery, interviews, and maybe even another special prosecutor. The idea is to cloud Trump's re-election campaign right up to the 2020 election, hoping that Trump's base will just give up and not vote.
