Rino Roberts Srikes Again
Yesterday (Monday) the U.S. Supreme Court denied a request from Pennsylvania Republicans to halt a voting extension that the State Supreme court recently implemented.
Allegedly being blackmailed due to a couple of illegally adopted kids, Roberts once again voted like a lib.
What kinda bugs me dino is why can't they wait for Amy Coney Barrertt to be sworn in. Ain't that supposed to happen at the end of this week?

Really? Roberts is a Conservative? Since when?
Me dino is not laughing at what I just wrote. This Schiff has gone way beyond liberalism being a mental disorder. The now treasonous left has gone completely insane.
Your story does hit upon a major reason why the court needs a solid 5-4 majority: to rule against attempts at voter fraud. Remember that in the case of a 4-4 tie, the lower court ruling is upheld - meaning that all those activist judges Obama installed will continue to put out these unConstitutional rulings.
With all these activist judges, I'd almost like to see something written in to Article III of the Constitution to act as a check on these lower judges. It would be something like: "in the event that a higher court overrules the lower court judge, the higher court may also annotate the case to indicate a potential egregious error in judgment worthy of further review. A judge earning three of these annotations is summarily suspended and must be re-confirmed by Senate vote before being able to return to legal practice. Annotations may also be referred to the Supreme Court for comment, though the Supreme Court does not hold the power to either remove or confirm judges."
Thoughts?
So, swearing in at the end of next week, probably.
White conservative guys attract Gloria Allred crying chorus lines.
