Please join me in hanging your flag upside down for Veterans Day in protest of the cheated election and the future decline of America as a free country under president-elect Biden

"takes advantage of any premise that he thinks will give him a favorable image."
    This rings true to me.

I do not believe your claims about Biden with regard to Ukraine are true, but I'm all for reforms to reduce even the appearance of impropriety.

I think of all campaign contributions in a similar vein, although I don't have a solution. People have a right to donate money to support candidate's they like. Pay-for-play bribery, though, is illegal. But when private companies with a responsibility to their shareholders or unions with a responsibility to their members donate significant amounts, it has the appearance of impropriety. I don't have a solution to this.

In the case of family members getting payments from companies that politicians' decisions directly affect, I would support tighter rules and standards.

Good old Joe takes advantage of any premise that he thinks will give him a favorable image. His harping on his blue collar Scranton, PA roots is just one example. His family left Scranton when he was ten, but to listen to him on the campaign trail, he says he "grew up" there, and implies a nonexistent connection to the coal miner community there.

His most ludicrous, outlandish claim was that he got his start on a college education at a historically black college, which the college quickly denied. In the time he made his claim, no white student would have been admitted.

The point of the Burisma incident is that an American diplomat, president, vice president, or any other government official has no business getting involved with the internal affairs of another country, unless it has a direct effect on American interests. Forcing the Ukraine government to fire a prosecutor with the threat of withholding promised aid is extortion, and the only connection to be found was the possible charges against Biden's son as a member of a company found in violation of the laws of Ukraine. It's not the Hunter involvement that's the question, but the action Biden took, representing the American government, that benefited no one but his son. That is an abuse of power, which shows he has no scruples about wielding such power for or against anyone he chooses. That is the mindset of a dictator.

You're saying his public "good old Joe" persona is false. I hope not, but it's possible.

I've heard the thing about Burisma was false, that an inquiry into had found his son cashed in on his father's name, creating the appearance of impropriety. If that's true, it would be nice to have reforms outlawing even the appearance of impropriety.

I do not know about alleged self-dealing in China.

He'll go back to some site about fancy reasoning and philosophies or whatever where we would get banned or having warnings on posts.

Go to Reddit. The whole point of this site is to stick together and tell anyone outside the group to suck it. It's not for fancy ideas. Just say mean things about Trump's enemies or go to one of the mainstream sites that supports their group and is nasty in their own way. It's not over your heard. You bow down to Biden's signs instead of Trump's. It's plain and simple. This complicated stuff and philosophy is the opposite of what it's all about.

Changing flags is not action. It's inadequate reaction.
If Buy-dem is given the presidency, I will defy every action of every government agency. I will act against every company who supported Buy-den and any other left-biased person or organization. ANY AND ALL.
I will not file any more forms.
I will remove all significant assets from their reach.
I will only do business with American small businesses, and only purchase necessities. I will only act for my own best interests and that means not trading with my enemies.
I will not give any business to leftist propaganda outlets of any kind. Die Hollywood! Die networks. Die Netflix. Die Amazon. Die banking cartel.

No, I've witnessed videos of "good old Joe" repeatedly reversing himself on issues (flip flopper); I've seen other videos where he makes outrageous claims about being at the top of his class on law school (he was not), having multiple degrees (he does not), having shaken Nelson Mandela's hand (he did not). I watched him brag to the Council on Foreign Relations about how he used extortion on the government of Ukraine to fire the prosecutor who was investigating Burisma, the energy company that was paying his totally unqualified son millions to be a non-contributing board member. He's said repeatedly that China isn't a problem, while records show he allowed his son, Hunter to fly with him to make a deal with a Chinese investment firm. These aren't me listening to talking heads. I do my own research, and when the words come out of Biden's mouth confirming everything I've accused him of, it's those who wish to deny such things are real that engage in delusion.

I know you're making a reference to people protesting police racism, but I don't immediately see the connection with flags in the context Veteran's Day. It will probably seem obvious once you explain it, but it's going over my head.

"Hiden Biden is a master flip flopper, a pathological liar, and crooked beyond imagination. He's the real Manchurian candidate, ready to sell us out without remorse."
It's bizarre to think anyone takes that crap seriously. I think it starts out as hyperbole, to express dissatisfaction, and then it just grows into something bizarre.

I think all of that is nuts. But regarding expansion of the federal budget, I'd take getting half-way back to Obama-era spending and deficits. I actually think there's a good chance it will happen if we have divided gov't.

Regarding 1st Amendment, it's people who would never have been published 20 years ago but now can publish for free who complain the most.

Regarding 2nd Amendment, people who take literally are a reminder of one reason for the 2nd Amendment.

I am way ahead of you. My flag has been flying upside down since Biden declared himself the winner and it will continue to fly upside down until Inauguration Day when the flag will be retired.
In its place, the Lone Star Flag. My country -- until the Californians take it over.

While I appreciate the sentiment, I will fly a Biden flag upside down instead. I don't believe that desecrating the US flag as a form of political protest is appropriate.

While I personally never served in the military, I 100% respect and admire all those who do or did. My most heartfelt THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!

"I'm proudly flying flags on both sides of my Biden signs. " You must be getting tired of taking a knee every time you go past them.

I have flags (2) flying at my home now. If Biden is inaugurated, I will be flying only one and it will be inverted to indicate the distress we are in. That will continue on all fair weather days until I am convinced that is not the case.
The last I heard, zero states have certified their results and the Electoral College does not even convene for over a month. Their results are not due until 12/21/2020. Joe will not even be the president elect until they do or Trump concedes.

Oh hell no! I've been making the rounds in my town congratulating all the veterans who are getting free breakfasts. They stop my car (Purple Heart & Bronze Star with a 'V)' to wish me a happy day even though my veteran isn't here any longer. N

Hiden Biden is a master flip flopper, a pathological liar, and crooked beyond imagination. He's the real Manchurian candidate, ready to sell us out without remorse.

He can't both be a president for all, and promise to sign us back up to the Paris accords, get back into the Iran deal, and kill our fossil fuel industries. He lies like a dog when he declares he's going to create 10 million American jobs via the Green New Deal (of course he slams AOC's version, while at the same time proposes his own version that looks pretty much the same). That action alone will create 10 million jobs, but they'll be in China, not the U.S. We will lose 10 million jobs with the shut down of our fossil fuel industries. We will become dependent on foreign sources of fuels while we transition to a hoped for all electric system built with Chinese technology.

150 million people will lose their employer-provided health insurance, forced into a modified version of the ACA that includes a "public option" designed to kill off the remaining private insurers. The people Biden has enlisted to put this new system in place have already declared the lives of those over 75 aren't worth saving, so welcome to the world of death panels, who of course provide for the elite seniors while condemning the other elderly to be gracious and die with dignity.

I don't often target individuals, but you and all the other useful idiots are to blame for this insanity. The only justice is that you will have to live with the tragic consequences you have brought on.

Election 2020 not to worry –

    • The huge expansion of the federal government as per the DNC 2020 national platform is a good thing. The federal government will solve all of our problems.
    • China will now buy our debt given our national debt exceeds 27 trillion dollars and China friendly Biden will be president. We can simply issue more bonds to pay for our expenses.
    • Our country will be much cleaner when we stop using fossil fuels. Given the limitations of electric cars our road trips will be closer to home. Air travel will be limited to private aircraft owned by the wealthy thus significantly reducing carbon emissions.
    • Our homes will be heated with electricity in the new multiple family dwellings since our single family homes will be reduced or eliminated. Fortunately the extremely wealthy will be able to keep their mansions.
    • Our taxes will not be increased. When corporations raise their prices due to increased costs from their increased taxes and minimum wages the federal government will have the ability to freeze their prices.
    • We will cut back on our military but will need to protect the countries with lithium and other mineral resources so we can have our electric cars.
    • The border wall will come down so that anyone can come to our country for free health care and all the perks. This will ensure the Democratic Party will always be in control.
    • The Second Amendment will no longer be relevant because the police forces will be reduced or eliminated and social workers will handle the violent people.
    • The First Amendment will no longer be needed given what we will need to know will be provided by the big tech companies and Main Stream News Media.
    • Healthcare will be provided only by the federal government. The FDA will make sure all drugs and procedures are government approved so as to protect the citizens.
    • Free education will be provided to those who oppose any government programs.

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years. These nations have progressed through this sequence: From bondage to spiritual faith; From spiritual faith to great courage; From courage to liberty; From liberty to abundance; From abundance to selfishness; From selfishness to apathy; From apathy to dependence; From dependence back into bondage.” Tytler
