I just spent this past Tuesday instructing my friend who now wants a gun after what happened in Ferguson.

I heard an interesting stat on the The Radio Show hosted by Peter Boyles 710 KNUS Denver last Friday. His guest said that overall the US ranks 4th in the world in murders per capita. However, if you subtract the murders committed in Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, and Washington DC our ranking drops to 50th.

Shame on you for pointing out the stats that DO NOT support the left wing political agenda.

Facts are inconvenient things after all.

I used to shoot competitively. It's fun.

However, I don't recommend someone buying a gun for protection unless they have had training in low light close quarters. If they're not willing to put in the training time, then they're at risk of injuring others.
