Here is the actual text and modifications:

The force parts are around line 1098. These have not changed. However, there are changes to the conditions of declaring a public emergency (which is a prerequisite for the "force" clause).
Don't know why anyone is getting excited about this now.
(I realize that no one in gov. can reason this out)
My observation is that most everyone in or out of government are engaging in superstitions and not scientific facts.
We just don't have enough integrated conscious human beings around to take over all these positions and make things right.
Don't let the bedbugs bite you...
DeSantis is blowing smoke up people's asses by championing people right's while at the same time signing into law the totalitarian measures he's saying he's defending against. Sure no passports, no proof of VAXX required but should we deem you a health risk ALL of your natural rights are done and we'll physically force you to take the shot with or without your consent.
Dershwitz's segment only underscore that Trump was advised and was aware about this while he was in the car birds seat.
Essentially feed them whatever they need to hear. We'll use 1% to strip away their lives and force their compliance, even if its all bullshit and everyone knows it.

Up until now DeSantis was my #2 choice for being the next president despite being put off by one of his constant characteristics. Next time you see him on TV check out that phony politician's smile of his~~especially when being interviewed.

Who has 15 minutes for a message that could be read in 90 seconds?
Not any of Rand's productive characters.
As for the 'crazy' bill, is anyone surprised?
I'd be surprised if most states didn't have this power already.
