Yes, they are ‘coming after your guns’ ... if you carry them outside your house - 9th Circuit "RULES" There Is No Right To Carry A Gun In Public, Re-writing the Second Amendment

The right of the People to keep and BEAR ARMS shall not be infringed.

It could not be clearer that the 9th Circuit is in violation of the constitution and they have violated their oaths. Treason.

    It seems to me that I read somewhere in the past day or so that the 9th Circus Court actually "researched" European and Colonial laws to take into consideration in this particular decision. Do these judges not know that we threw off those shackles LONG AGO?! Supreme Court will have to put them back in their place again, I guess.

    Its about open carry - but then do the bad people open carry their illegal fire arms in public? This will be a "unifying" policy. (sarc). Just think - the good people and bad people will have something in common.

    Oboy! Those people who want to confiscate guns better not show up in Texas during hunting season. They will get hernias from trying to carry all the guns that are 'out in the public'.

    More rewriting of history and the Constitution. These judges really believe the American people are stupid and they can fool all the people all the time. KEEP = to own and have and hold. BEAR = carry about wherever you go - there are no restrictions or specifications in the Constitution governing on where to bear. Seems pretty clear to me.

    It seems they want to redefine the phrase "the people" in the 2nd Amendment to mean "the state". Once that is accomplished then the phrase "We The People" becomes "We The State".
