Ask the Cubans: Can communism mean anything other than a two-tier society?

Communism is never about equality, it is about a two-tier society where a small scab of elites control all the wealth, while the population experiences equality of outcome in misery, poverty and subjugation.

But anybody who's actually lived in a communist regime knows how this movie ends: with a sudden, hitherto unforeseen collapse of the regime.

The Cubans may finally be ending their experiment in communism while the rest of the western world seems intent on commencing one.

Side bar to all this so far: I'm noticing the American anti-communist sympathy demonstrations in Florida and elsewhere are totally lacking in looting, burning, murdering, rock throwing, etc. Yeah, I know there's time yet, but so far so good.

There is a third tier: the ones who are sent to the gulag to die by order of the elites.
