American Medical Association Calls for Removal of 'Sex Designation' on Birth Certificates | CNSNews

It's this kind of crap that has me determined not to go to a doctor. You can't excuse the lack of rational thought for anyone, but in particular those in the medical profession who have lives depending on their expertise.

    Partners Health Care of Boston, now "MGB" (they spent hundredes of millions to change their name, for no valid reason) sent us a survey with all the new terms

    Mental confusion being accepted as rational by an organization that should know better doesn't change physical reality. Here again when politics enters the room, science walks out.

    Some of the many gender identities include androgyne, bigender, butch, cis, queer, gender fluid, trans, pangender, and two spirit.

    "It is the recommendation of the AMA’s LGBTQ Advisory Committee that our AMA should advocate for removal of sex as a legal designation on the public portion of birth certificates," states the AMA. "Assigning sex using a binary variable and placing it on the public portion of the birth certificate perpetuates a view that it is immutable and fails to recognize the medical spectrum of gender identity."
