Millions of buffalo that ate lots of grass were shot by settlers to save the planet from over heating.

That cattle are a big producer of methane relies on dubious science, mainly that the grasses and feed the animals eat remains stable if not eaten, not so, if not eaten they will decay anyway, into methane.

Off topic a bit, I tried some of the newer veggie meat recently. It is not so bad. Does not have the texture or the taste of meat if that matters. Could almost pass for bread.
My criterion is- does it go with a good red? not the type I've tried.
