When stupid gun-hating lib actors make their big money making shoot 'em-up-flicks, they should at least know what a blank looks like and be taught how to load their guns themselves~~not take the word of the "expert" on the set who may or may not have a checkered past.
Me dino recalls some advanced USMC training at Camp Lejeune where Marines were actually shooting blanks at each other at close range during 1970. Oh, and there are tons of live rounds for M16s at Camp Lejeune, mind you. But each Marine there visually knew the difference between a live round and a blank round and we personally loaded our weapons. Trainee Private Dino shot close range at privates in my sights and privates shot back at me. Our smoking breaks endangered us more.
After all these years, I can't recall reading or hearing news about a Marine shooting another with a live round thought to be a blank.
That goes for the U.S. Army, too. Navy SEALS also.

"Murder" generally requires "malice aforethought" -- which is not the same as malicious, but does carry the meaning of intent to kill. Unless there are lurking facts that I haven't seen about a hidden intent on the part of Baldwin to kill, this is not "murder". I'm not going to parse the laws of the jurisdiction, but this reads more like involuntary manslaughter. Just because he's not our favorite guy doesn't turn accident [or someone else's screwup] into murder.

Damn dude...you beat me to it. Amazing how uninformed people make big statements about firearms. As you stated, a hollow point is actually less likely to penetrate one parson to than hit another. In point of fact....assuming the firearm was a Colt SAA [The only firearm I have seen this far pictured in the reports] The bullet would have been most likely a round nose lead solid. Given the svelte figure of the woman shot..[reportedly in the stomach] It is entirely likely that the round would have gone clean through her and had enough energy on the other side to injure the other person. Was it a Clinton plot.....I personally think it unlikely....I suspect it was poor prop management compounded by the stupidity of Alec Baldwin. If the Clintons were going to do this woman...there are much better ways to do it than this. I also have doubts that the pictured tweet from the victim is real. It is too cute by far.
