“Does anybody in their right mind believe that Sens. Schumer and Menendez would be pushing this bill if they thought for a millisecond that it is going to [benefit] the Republicans?”
Former U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo.

Affirm that. Which begs the question, are we better off with Communist,Barry Sotoro, or would be have been better off with that lunatic Commie-Lite, McCain?

Just seeing McCain on TV makes me sick. The first time I saw him, he was making anti-American propaganda films for the Viet Cong, the lousy traitor.

I've watched Tancredo for years. On a local level, he spoke his mind and the local media followed him and mostly treated him fairly. On a national level, he was considered too dangerous by the media and was therefore ignored or misquoted.

    Thanks itisntluck,
Tancredo has more appeal out of office where he can speak his mind. McCain is a showboat and a politician bound to compromise...
    Good article.

Exactly! The once proud, family oriented, conservative Latino culture has been corrupted by the generosity of liberals using other peoples money. The majority of Latinos will NEVER vote for a republican, but republicans are too stupid to understand. Republicans truly are the party of stupid.

Sen. McCain is the poster child for what I call political "softies". Although he likes to brand himself as a "maverick", he's really not one at all: based on his voting record, he's a demunist. Ok, there are occasions he'll "reach across the isle" but not to the demunists, but to the Repubs.
I am so sick of hearing from him about "reaching across the isle" I could puke. My advice to Sen. McCain is instead of you reaching across, HAVE THEM reach across the isle to you, to be even more clear: have the demunists compromise on THEIR principles instead of you compromising on your supposed, "conservative" ones. He never will, he doesn't have the political backbone to do it. Sen McCain is another one of those "establishment" GOPers who needs to go.
