Another dire part of AS is happening in Medicine--woke! has reared its ugly head into broad daylight.

The body responsible for certifying doctors of internal medicine, The American Board of Internal Medicine, has added political questions to its certification process. Read it and start looking for Dr. Hendricks. I put this under philosophy because we have no medical category, but it fits .

    The architects' AIA went woke a few years ago. They lost a few of my colleagues over that. Their damn fees were over $1000/year. Talk about brazen...

    If there is a clearinghouse where consumers can find out what they need to know, it could work. The clearinghouse would have no say or opinion, their only mandate being to keep all information current and accessible.

    Perhaps we should get rid of laws demanding licensure, and have different associations confer their licenses, according to their own philosophies, and advertise, and just let the public choose.

    WOW!!!!!!!! I’m speechless. We are going full blown Orwell. Nobody will be able to fence sit much longer.
    Agenda 2030 is well on it’s way. There WILL be another “pandemic”. Bank on it!
    And they’ll figure out how to tie it to Climate Change.
    IF conservative voices get back in power they need to go just as hard the other way.
    The only thing I’m sure of is Tyranny Actual is inbound.
    We need to start developing alternate systems.

    It is not just the ABIM, but all the different specialty medical boards, including the American Board of Family Medicine that certifies me. And the American Medical Association is very woke. They (whoever "they" are) control everything. If I speak out against the vaccine, or health equity, etc, they will threaten to take away my board certification. This is why more doctors are not speaking out.
