Here's one more thought on the topic of social media and their biases... I was on Nextdoor.com typing a response to someone about the difference between a virus and the sickness it causes and I was NOT allowed to use the actual name of the virus (SARS-CoV2) in my post. They insisted that I use COVID which is the sickness not the actual virus. Idiots are in charge of not only our health but our language.

Consider it a badge of honor. I don't know why any serious person is still there or on FB. It's surreal.

Gettr - boring, not much activity.
GAB - too much Jesus, now accused of being anti-semitic, also boring, little activity.
Parler - some interest, but again not enough participation.
TRUTH Social - the current site most pro-Trump, worth looking at, but becoming an echo chamber.
Twitter - unfortunately, still where the most people are active, so more activity is good, BUT heavily censored and full of bots.
I wish more people would quit Twitter and liven up the other sites.
Probably best just to avoid social media all together? But Galt's Gulch is good!

As far as the effectiveness of the jab goes, my dear sweet kool-aid drinking, govt school working spouse got them all and still got covid. I on the other hand did not. She gave me covid and were recovering at the same rate. The severity was also very similar. That being said, my question is, what good is that vial of poison?

Same here, FelixOReilly. I never signed up for the bird and left feces book for the same reason--junk. I can o ly find reasoned discussions here, on all kinds of topics, generally with respect for othrrs' opinions .

For my part, it's hard to be "banned" from a media one doesn't participate in.
I do not visit university campuses to explain their confusion because the result would be.......
I do not visit union halls to explain the unalienable right of ownership to pursue their individual property rights because the result would be......
What I do though is frequent this sight as objective viewpoints are discussed for validity.
I go where the soothing sound of rational thought keeps my blood pressure at healthy levels.
