Dems say IRS new audits aimed at "ultra rich," not aimed at those making less than $400K. But IRS audits and directives always assume guilt, so burden of defense falls on individuals hauled up for IRS scrutiny. Moore makes the point that ultra-rich fend off IRS with attorneys that most individuals under IRS guns can't afford.

Can you imagine a bunch of accountants with guns? They'll be sitting behind a desk telling you they are garnishing your wages and taking your home and they've got a gun.
