As an Objectivist, which crimes would you like to see Putin and other Russian leaders tried for (if only in absentia)?

    1) waging aggressive war
    2) genocide
    3) crimes against humanity
    4) war crimes
    There is some overlap in these categories.

    Therefore, violation of Soviet/Russian law is not necessary.

    craigerb That's a great question. I must confess, I do not know enough about Russia's founding (re-founding? Post-Soviet re-establishment) documents to know what fundamental precepts of their government he may have violated. Suggestions?
