Seriously, these are the areas of the US the EPA claims pre-emptive control over. Just looking at the map of my home state, they're freaking delusional, as there isn't WATER in 50% of what they marked unless you go a mile underground!

    How can most all of OK be called a 'wetlands' when much of it used to be scrub desert, and most of the time most of it is in drought conditions?
