Deaf or Dumb? which is it??

Does the government realize the outcome of all of these policies they are instituting? Or is it that they just don't care or are not smart enough to see it?? I believe anyone who is "awake" can see what is happening. When will the liberals, democrats, and republicans wake up?? except for ron paul of course!!

    Thank you for welcoming me. That is very nice. I unfortunately have a front row seat, of sorts, to the decline of America to america. The founding fathers are rolling over in their graves!! I am in part 1-chapter 6 in atlas shrugged. Watching the movies has intensified how I already feel about Obama and his cronies. and have lost a friend over it because of my progression from a unsure democrat to libertarian to ayn rand loving libertarian. Thanks to John Stossel for talking about atlas shrugged last year. Never knew of her before that.

    I've been doing that too. Not quite to Rocky's level of "there, they're acting out THAT chapter", but certainly "Yup, that's in there." Starting to look for a Gulch in E TN and figure out a way to go Galt sooner than I planned.

    This exact premise is the basis for one of the books I'm currently reading, 'Bullies; How the left's culture of fear and intimidation silences America'. It's astounding, really, that so many people just don't see how anyone that doesn't toe the lib party line gets shredded in a media meat grinder, until finally they go away, or join out of abject fear.

    Totally agree. As evidence look at the number of people that were surprised when they had smaller pay checks. It was just the 'rich' right? Watching the news is like reading a chapter in AS. Look...there doing that on this page.

    The Marxists know what they are doing. The “useful idiots” don’t wake up until they are herded into the camps. Those aware are afraid to raise their voices or they are marginalized and discredited through ad hominem attacks.
    For proof of this, read some of the hidden comments. Most are without argument of substance, but replete with personal attacks.
