Montana State House bill 604 to require federal agents secure county sheriff approval before acting in jurisdiction--"Sheriffs First" or "Constitutional Sheriffs" movement

Such local-sheriff empowerment bills have been vetoed in the past by Dem and RINO governors, but there's a new governor in town.

In Montana, sheriffs are the only county-level law enforcement officials elected directly by county citizens.

What a thorn in the side of ATF&E agents this would be!

the feds would simply declare they can do anything they want, no local approval needed when going after federal law breakers

and they'd not get any local help, i'd expect
