I didn't see the video until now. I was referring to your comment about concentrations of Muslims. It seems like a parody of bigotry to people who get along with their neighbors of all faiths.

The religious extremists in the video are bizarre. For better or worse, police where I live wouldn't let a counter-protestor mingle with the protestors. They can shout across the street but not co-mingle.

IMO we've slipped over the slippery slope of what is reasonable self interest and, frankly, no longer value kids and life. And, IMO, we are reaping what we sow. These sheet-covered people will probably march here in America soon. And, we'll do nothing about it because we have discouraged men from being real men and standing up for what really matters, what may lead to self preservation. They'll just march unmolested and we'll lay down and do whatever they want. There may be some pockets of resistance. But, those will be squelched in the name of tolerance.

A start? I make my own way. This means I believe exactly what I wish as things conform to my chosen creed. I respect Rand immensely but she doesn't have all the answers and, in my opinion, is wrong when it comes to the unknown.

You should attend some rally's sometime. The things I and my son have been called for being American and standing on the side of the road as a throng of illegal demand privileges in a country that isn't there would shock you. I believe 100% of what was said in that video toward that woman. The have numbers and are emboldened by political correctness (Sharia law is legit in England) to say and do whatever they wish.

I recently read Ayaan Hirsi Ali's book Infidel. She talks about escaping to Holland (she DID recognize the culture for what it is, but she is a rare, rational thinking mind.), other muslims have also gone to Holland, but what they do is get on the government dole, do NOT assimilate, and start the very same culture all over again on new ground and then want to take over that new ground.. it's severely twisted and they get away with it because Holland (and other places) don't want to be seen as not being compassionate.)

I don't believe that the Founding Fathers wanted to negate the need for government as much as they wanted to severely limit its ability to grow into a tyranny. And yes Judeo Christian beliefs such as the 8th and 10th commandments, and the idea of the importance of the individual based on them possessing a uniquely identifiable soul belonging to god played an important role in the development of Individual Rights.
