If I could make *one* amendment to the Constitution - it would be to prohibit the allowance or authorization of Executive Orders without a 2/3 majority approval from both houses of Congress, and SPECIFICALLY abolish the official pardon for all Presidents and VP's (Past and present), Cabinet members, and Congresscritters...
