I’ve noticed a disturbing trend in the Boise metropolitan area, apartments and being built everywhere. These apartments all look the same as though they were designed by the same architecture firm, they are multiple floors and always have businesses located on the ground floor. They are all built with an on-site crane, an expense that I wouldn’t think is truly necessary for the type of project these apartments require. I have not counted these new apartments construction sites, but I see more and more of them, must be upwards of 20 to 30 separate sites. This has prompted questions:

Who is building these and where did they get the money?

Who are they planning on housing here?

Why do so many; do they know about pending increase in demand?

Are these being financed by the government?

Is this happening elsewhere?

Are they planning on a lot of people losing their homes?

Going back to the instruction book for tyranny, agenda 2030, they openly state that they plan to house people in city centers, walking distance to work. This seems like communism as they are all the same with no differences whatsoever. It looks like government projects…

Notice that none of the new construction around Boise looks like it was built by Howard Roark!

I hope to be around longer than that, too! We'll still be here, but in what form I can't begin to say. The election in 8 months will be a big clue (sarcasm).

Same thing happening here in Colorado Springs, lots of high rise apartments going up downtown. With rents most can't afford. And Colorado is introducing bills to greatly increase the allowable density in city dwellings. Slippery slope. Next they will say "Hey, you have a big house, so you must share your house with homeless people and illegals."

I'm hoping this country has more time than that because I hope to be around for at least another 20. To be honest I thought the nation was at a crossroads during the Clinton administration and, in spite of two economic nose dives since then, the USA seems to be rather resilient. Don't know how much more it can stand, though, because if one keeps beating the horse pulling the cart eventually it'll fall over dead.

Haiti has a nice hot climate. Bring all the Haitians here and we can move to Haiti. Of course, Cuba is a mite close and we could possibly have problems with the DR. On second thought, I have decided to stay here and find a quiet space to live out the rest of my life. Just had my pacemaker/defibrillator changed over so I 'm good for another seven years. I sincerely doubt that this country has that much time left.

at my age and financial status I would have 2 choices.......just let them have it and become homeless. Or.....just go in and kill all of them and live out my days in a jail cell. At least the squatters would not have the satisfaction of my home.

There must be a way to go to your municipal planning board and make inquiries. I had been attending such meetings for 10 years, that is how I knew which land to buy for later profit. There must be public disclosures... these could be obscured, however. Keep researching.

Addition to the story I discovered last night: An order was sent out to "hunt down" the shouters at the event and punish them - soviet style - but was rescinded when a conservative independent news source broadcasted the order and made the public aware. I assume no such order would have been issued if it were BLM or Antifa shouters. NYC is very close to converting itself to 1930 Moscow - just a little more move to the left is all it will take.

I had relatives in New Smyrna Beach just south of Daytona and still have a relative near Titusville and really like both areas.

The squatter problem seems to be on the rise all over or it's a lot of media hype. With extra millions invading our borders with no place to stay indicates it may be more truth than hype. I wonder if I may come home from a long vacation and find my house occupied, even with a security system, and I can't get them out.

You a pretty good distance from the center of the storm. that is good. I am scared to death of the pending Haitian invasion here in Florida where I live. I am on the east coastal area. Some invaders were just recently caught coming into Sebastian Inlet. I spend time away from home in the summer. I am scared to death I will come home in the fall and find my home occupied by squatters.

And then the decent people with means move again, and then the gov't moves another bunch of scum further out - and again, the decent people move further out but the number of decent people with the means is less - and so it goes.... Until they get the desired outcome. Which is, as Mhubb pointed out - you will own nothing and like it.....

Commie NYC is over 350 miles from where I live, but the population there overwhelms the rest of the state and we all suffer for it. The other large cities (Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo) are all going left as well, dominating the counties in which they reside so even those generally conservative counties are forced left. The USA is running out of places for free Americans to run to and, being in the winter of my lifespan, it's difficult for me to run to any of them.

I was treated to a pleasant shock recently, though, you all may have heard on the news. That is that soviet AG, Latitia James, was at a FDNY awards function in the heart of commie town and got booed and shouted down by chants of, "TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP!". It would seem there are still some free Americans at large in NYC!

You might want to look into the "Regional Housing Needs Allocation" program. I watched an interesting interview with a civil/structural engineer, Christine Epperly, who is paying attention to this trend happening under our collective noses.

the quicker you can get out of NY the better. Especially the city. Phoenix also has its peoblems with the border.
I was very happy with Florida. But I fear it will be overrun with Hatians.

Exactly. Decent people developed their communities to get away from the scum, but the government now insists that we must include and embrace that scum.

I honestly have not seen these developments in Tucson, but Tucson is a strange (and frankly unattractive) city - PLUS, I haven't even been in all the areas around the city. It's very spread out and the fact we're so close to the border means there are a LOT of unlicensed and irresponsible drivers (plus the ones running in the night sans headlights, to smuggle in more people and drugs). Our accident (and accident fatality) rate here is bad enough to make one stay home as much as possible.

During the PlanDEMic the Chinese had extremely strick lockdowns. These lockdowns were enforced with a few Police guarding exits from the multi story housing that is prevalent there. 3-4 cops can keep hundreds in custody. That is not possible if Guard single family homes . The motherWEFers have our fraudulent Govt selected officials operating on their behalf working to create a Nazi World Order often called a new world order, but there is nothing new about how they will and are governing.

It’s called 15 min cites. They are being built all around The Twin Cites and Most 50,000 pop towns
You may have missed the large appropriations Obama gave to Suburban cities for urban planning.
The goal is to bring the shit from the inner city and spread it to the communities that were developed to get away from the scum.

This is happening in the Reno area, bigtime. I don't like it because I've seen areas ruined with this when the local officials fail to keep up with the required road development. Traffic goes to hell. But, Reno's already so small to start with that may not be a factor. I was just saying yesterday that I'm rethinking my real estate investing. The price of 1 and 2 bedroom condos is very high here. Yet, they're being built so fast that I don't see any way this will help the values, let alone the rents.

With my tinfoil hat on I'd say your description could lead one to believe in our transition into an Agenda 21 type of scenario. Want to see a though-provoking short film...
