Well, how to get rid of a judge - "suicide"? Worked with other administrations. Threats if they do not make that opening happen? Holder has so politicized and perverted the DOJ that it hardly matters who BsHO appoints. You can pretty much rely on the new AG will be a Holder clone or an Obama robot.

The Obama administration is the horrible example of Adam's remark that our constitutional system of self government relies exclusively upon moral character and honesty. These qualities are not to be found in Islam where lying to advance the cause of the Profit and his God is honorable and blessed. What a great religion.

Right now Obama has gone to figure which of his radical friends is snake and weasel enough to suitably replace Holder. He/she/it will be a race card puller too.

I see several comments regarding speculation of a Supreme Court appointment for Holder. This is an ominous scenario. To imagine a person found guilty of contempt of congress being confirmed to the court is terrifying. The political fallout for any Senator who confirmed before the election would be very risky. They would however have less risky opportunity during the lame duck session after the election. This strategy sounds plausible considering the level to which these reprehensible progressives will stoop. The question then becomes, how do they get Ginsberg or one of the other justices who have expressed, in no uncertain terms, their intent to stay, to retire?

I am waiting for the other shoe to drop. If Obama planned to nominated Holder to the Supreme Court, is that dead? So, who will he put in Holder's job next, with that same goal in mind? I see rocky seas ahead, as long as Prez, Executive Order is in office. Then we have to face the election with Ms. I LOVE Saul Alinsky Hillary out to win. How many will buy her good ole southern gal personna? She will not be running on Benghazi.

If being BLACK was the only qualification for AG, Holder would pass muster. However, he had no other qualifications, and a few were really needed, such as integrity. He was a pawn for historic Obama.

Keep in mind he stays in office until Congress can agree on his successor. That must be quite the dilemma for them. :)

The only thing we can hope is that the Republicans control the Senate. Then it will be a long road to climb to find a replacement that will go along with Obama.
