It does. I grew up with both my uncle and my dad as police officers, followed by my brother once he was eligible to join. That's the sum total of my law enforcement training. But even I knew immediately that the roof in question should have been secured in some fashion. And I didn't even stay in a Holiday Inn Express the night before.
