Today my boy walked out the door for his first day at the local JC. He said he already has a ton of homework from his accounting class...which makes me smile. Accounting and welding being the focus, so far. When he walked out the door an image popped into my head. We have a photo of him standing outside his first day of kindergarten. He was meek, confused, and cute as hell with his big, blue eyes. It's an image I'll never forget. We smashed the curve on autism recovery. I'm going to go public with how we did it, what I learned. Then, I'll probably vanish...
