The problem with this is that this is small potatoes compared to Medicare/Medicaid and other programs rife with fraud and abuse. To get the Government back to right size is going to be quite a chore and I think Trump has assembled a great team to help him drain the swamp but I don't believe they can totally do it the time constraint of 4 years, it is going to take decades and I believe the Republicans will shoot themselves if the foot after Trump is no longer in office. Of course there are some Republicans who like the status quo because it makes them multi-millionaires. I say the best thing that can happen is for Russia or China to nuke Dirty City, that is the only way to cleanse it out.
