Stopped getting speeding tickets but remained hyperactive.
Feel your pain and frustration. Hang in there Darlin.

Well my condition is rather complicated and strange. I have Graves Disease (Hyperthyroidism);;.oops the thyroid controls everything. Wonder what it is really for can't figure it out. Eat like a pig but don't enjoy gaining any lovely weight. Just losing it. And it is not an enjoyment. It's a pan in the butt. My doctor yells at me. He even made me cry. n

As far as we are concerned; you are a sweet lady and we love you.

I find strangers offering assistance everywhere I go. Yesterday my electric cart ran out of juice in the grocery store parking lot. One lady went to tell an employee snd a gentleman actually pushed the cart into the store wirh me on it. There are still decent people out there. It gives me hope. Hope you're feeling better soon N.

Me dino is treated the same nice way by strangers when driving a grocery's electric cart and keeping my weekly hospital appointments with a wound specialist at a hospital Same goes when I'm hobbling hither and tither with my cane and always wearing this special boot for a diabetic's ulcerated wound on the bottom of my left foot~~

Okay, Japan has figured some of this out. Shame on America in many regards.

It's expensive, but there is a KAATSU device (I own one, my own doctor borrowed it, LOL). While you are bed ridden, the can strap this on to your arms/legs. And it will "simulate" exercise by cutting off your blood flow temporarily for a couple of seconds. By PULSING this, the body perceives this as EXERCISE.

It will help prevent muscle wasting for lack of use, which is what you suffered from. It exists in a world called "Blood Flow Restriction". I have STATIC bands I use at the gym. But these are 100% Dynamic (like a BP Cuff).

It's just that NOBODY knows about it. It speeds wound healing. You can find an internet YT story about an Olympic Skier who damaged their shoulder, and skipped the surgery which would have caused them to miss the Olympics. Instead TRAINED using this device, but CLEARLY did not train the bad shoulder. They skied for the Olympics and did very well. Especially considering the exercise.

I can't find the link, it was 10yrs ago, LOL.

Here is a watchlist of Kaatsu for the Aging Population (No insult intended, it if works for them!)

    Good Luck, and God Bless!

Men and women boys and girls all open the doors for me, wait until I can get through the doors and ask me how I am. I notice them doing for others also the same thing. I feared going to the store because someone might bump into me but the don't. They all offer an arm if I want one too. I enjoy going to the store now.
