The first time I saw this meme must have been around 2005-7. In 2008 I put a second story on my house. Contingent to this I had planned a lower and upper deck off the back. I abhor "permits" and the fees. So I built it detached from the house. 3/4 inch space away. Building inspector tried to force permitting until I handed all the pertaining codes to him in a prepared package. I knew it was coming.
After moving in 2019 I did the same at the new place with 3 free standing "sheds". Know your codes!

Batch the 2nd just as good as the first, or is this Batch the 1st? I about lost it with the father and son discussing libs, dicks and Elon all in one sentance. Great fun in this collection. Thanks Dobrien!

Outstanding work, as always, Dobrien. I know, and am related to, one of those climate scientists. Whether he gets tenure or gets unemployed is, pardon the pun, up in the air right now. He doesn't find it as amusing as some.

Two favorites were the ones dealing with climate change. The 97% is actually true because they only poll those that are getting federal research grants. The de-icing windmill not only required the use of fuel for the chopper but also the deicing fluid is petroleum based.

Unfortunately the situation seems to be misrepresented. According to a Snopes report it's from 2002 in eastern Germany. "The huge garden furniture was installed by a local wood merchant to promote his products."

On the other hand, my wife was long ago denied a permit to build a barn where she used to live in Massachusetts. But no permit was required for a shed. She built a large shed for her horses.

About building barns and sheds... We've now done a bit of that, and we rejected the idea of having the Morton company build a barn for us, thinking that DIY would be cheaper. Our neighbor was looking to build a barn and we told him, "Morton!" He looked into it, and decided to go that route. He is very pleased with his huge Morton barn.

    I needed a break, bro.
Spent the tyme preparing Monday's ITMT MAGAzean which is now done and I can take Most of Saturday off.

Next weeks TGIFfunnies is done unless I do something different. (Contrary Memes aren't necessarily funny)

I like doing the MAGAzean but it takes an enormous amount of time.

Have you read the 6 Editions I've created so far?

So THANKS for the vacation . . .

I will endeavor to avoid Endeavor. 👍
(I actually endeavor to avoid all airports, if possible.)
    Thank you, DOB!
