Russia doesn't have to be targeted. They can purge all the ex KGB agents and other elements of the former communist regime (by purge I mean "torture to death") and then they won't have to be targeted because they'll have a fair shot at a decent country.

But so long as a scumbag commie like Putin can be in power... screw them. They're still the enema.

I don't know if all this is true but it makes sense of what is going on. I sure would not put it past our elitists. This may be the explanation as to why we are still afloat financially. I have not understood how we have not crashed given the things we know that have been going on.
